Greater ‘Ohana Donation Page in support of Ilima-Lei Macfarlane’s
Na Wahine Toa Camp.
Feb 7, 2020
Mahalo piha for being a part of our first wave of wahine warriors. I am excited to share in our divine feminine power with one another on this journey. We are stronger together!
We are building local support around our all-female program, “Nā Wahine Toa” Camp. I was inspired to humbly lead this journey. Starting February 13-21st, Wahine from various sovereign nations, ages 15-30+, share in a sacred circle and showcase of learning on our home islands. I am now inviting you, our greater ‘ohana to join us in this opportunity to help me make a difference.
Greater Ohana Coming together. Fundraising and product Opportunity with Hawaiian Fight Gear.
The rates of missing and murdered indigenous women continue to grow both in Hawaii and on the mainland. Similarly, the non-respect for Mother Earth and sacred spaces continues. With this in mind, Native Like Water and I decided to start our first camp with solutions. The mission of the camp is to Mālama Aloha ‘Āina, Mālama Self, focus on self-preservation, protection, and defense of young women and sacred places. A traditional relation of land, ocean, sky, self and sacred environments.
We would be so honored if you could share in our story. We have a short wish list of opportunities and grand ways of aloha. Please confirm your participation at your earliest. Once you confirm, we can add you to our pages and posts.
Native Like Water’s collaborative partners in Hawaii are stoked feeling Aloha and Mana is building. You can log on and see us on our social media platforms. @nativelikewater, @ilimanator or #NativeLikeWater #NaWahineToa: Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
